The boutique does not carry hair on hand. Every order is placed fresh, which is how the quality stays consistent. Every order is a preorder. Allow 1 to 3 days of processing, then your pickup, delivery, or shipping window is confirmed with you directly.

How to order

1. Build your bag here on the site, or use the set builder for bundle deals.
2. Send it as a text to (323) 488-1281 or a DM on Instagram. The site writes the message for you.
3. The plug confirms availability, your exact total, payment, and timing directly with you. Your hair is reserved once that confirmation happens, not before.

• Shipping. Timing and cost confirmed with your order.

Order updates

You hear from the plug twice at minimum: once when your order is confirmed, and again when it is ready for pickup, out for delivery, or shipped. Anything in between, just ask.
