The site builds your request; sending it does not reserve hair or form an order. Your order exists once the boutique confirms availability, your exact total, and payment with you directly, and payment is made. The details live on the Order Info page.

Prices on the site are kept current, but the price that counts is the one confirmed with your order. Obvious mistakes, like a typo showing a wig for 6 dollars, can be corrected before confirmation.

Every order is a preorder. Allow 1 to 3 days of processing, then your pickup, delivery, or shipping window is confirmed with you directly. Pickup and local delivery run around Los Angeles; shipping covers everywhere else. Once your hair is handed to you or to the carrier, it is in your care.

Cancellation and exchange terms are shared at confirmation, before you pay, so nothing is a surprise. Because hair is a hygiene product, hair that has been installed, worn, or altered cannot be returned.

Every piece is described honestly: texture, length, lace, and color. How long it stays beautiful depends on installation, styling, and care, which are in your hands. The Hair Care guide tells you exactly how to keep it right.

Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. Accounts used for abuse, fraud, or harassment can be closed.

The words, design, and artwork on this site belong to Her Favorite Hair Boutique. Customer photos appear only with permission, and any customer can ask for their photo to come down at any time.

The site is provided as is; if something on it breaks, the boutique will fix it but is not liable for indirect losses. For any order issue, the boutique's responsibility tops out at what you actually paid for that order. These terms follow California law.
