Every product is preorder only. This request does not reserve your hair. The plug confirms price, availability, and pickup or delivery details with you directly. Your order is reserved once the plug confirms it with you.
Processing
Every order is a preorder. Allow 1 to 3 days of processing, then your pickup, delivery, or shipping window is confirmed with you directly.
Payment
Payment is arranged directly with the plug when your order is confirmed, before processing begins. The exact total, including any delivery or shipping cost, is agreed in writing first.
Cancellations and exchanges
Cancellation and exchange terms are shared when your order is confirmed, before you pay, so you know exactly where you stand. Because hair is a hygiene product, worn or installed hair cannot be returned.
Customer photos
Install photos only appear on this site or the boutique's social media with the customer's permission. Want yours featured? Tag the boutique or send it in and say so.
Your data
Requests are used to fulfill your order and answer you, nothing else. Favorites live on your device, or sync to your optional account. No selling data, no ad networks, no marketing lists. The full detail lives in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service linked below.
